Thmos Hyunsa Edman is a professional baseball player( shortstop) and second baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB). Born on May 1995 in Pontiac, Michigan, USA




Edman spent three seasons playing baseball for Stanford University before the Cardinals selected him in the sixth round of the 2016 MLB Draft.

He competed in their minor league system before making his MLB debut in 2019. He quickly entered their starting lineup and began to play a number of infield and outfield positions.

Before she got into real estate, she was a teacher in an elementary school at Poway United School District. She got most of the fame from his wife Tommy Edman, who often posts pictures of him and his wife.




Kristeb Edman was born on August 12, 1994, in Poway California. Her family belongs to a mixture of Asian and Mexican ethics. She was raised by her father ( Toshi Shiotani) and her mother ( Terry Shotani) along with her brother (Toshi Shiotani JR) and her two sisters Kassy Shiotani and Kimber Shiotani.

Before being married, she went by Kristen Shiotani; after the wedding, she took Tommy's last name. Her family migrated to St. Louis. Although Tommy is also from San Diego, luckily found them in St. Louis.

she completed her high school education at Concordia University Irvine before she entered college. She participated in her school's women's softball team as a softball player.

On December 24, 2018, the couple celebrated wedding vows. On her social media pages, Kristen displayed her diamond engagement ring.

On November 23, 2019, Tommy Edman and Kristen Edman exchanged vows. Both families were present for the marriage ceremony.

The wedding was originally scheduled for October, but it was postponed since the Cardinals and Braves were playing in the NLDS at the time.


Kristen Edman's education background and career


Kristen Edman has been a dedicated teacher of elementary students since graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Education from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) in 2016. While at CSUSM, Kristen completed a selective student-teacher training program where she gained valuable hands-on classroom experience and made the Dean's List for outstanding academic performance. 

She was hired by the Poway Unified School District immediately after graduation as a 2nd-grade teacher. Her positive reviews and feedback led to a promotion to 4th-grade teacher in 2019. Kristen runs the 4th-grade reading club, organizing engaging lessons and activities to motivate students in literacy.

 Her passion for making learning interactive and fun shines through in creative multimedia projects and group work. Kristen's leadership potential was recognized when she was selected for the Poway USD Teacher Mentorship Program in 2021 to guide new educators in effective practices. With elementary teaching experience spanning grades K-6, honors education credentials, and a drive to keep improving, Kristen is an invaluable asset to the Poway Unified School District. Now she has been working as a Real estate agent since 2022.
